By participating in this site you acknowledge that Vibe Artistry Entertainment and Lauren Avriel are not responsible for any adverse outcome associated with using or misconstruing advice or information on this site or from any of our products, events and services.

PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH LAUREN AVRIEL

By signing up and participating in a Private Session with Lauren Avriel you automatically affirm that you have read, understood and agree with all that is stated in the following:

CONSENT TO TREAT:
By signing up for and participating in a Private Healing Session (either by zoom, phone, facetime, in person or in any other way) with Lauren Avriel (legal name Lauren Auricchio, hereinafter "Lauren Avriel") you agree, authorize and consent to receiving care, assistance, facilitation and treatment from Lauren Avriel voluntarily of your own free will choice, by your own request, assuming all personal responsibility for your own healing and well-being. This includes that you agree to immediately speak up and inform Lauren Avriel if at any time you feel uncomfortable or any issue arises for you. You acknowledge that effective treatment requires an active, collaborative effort and you agree to provide accurate health histories, communicate your comfort levels honestly, and actively participate in the facilitation process. You also acknowledge these sessions may involve deep emotional processing, somatic release, breathwork or physical adjustments and you certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and will cease participation if you become otherwise. You authorize Lauren Avriel to provide evaluation, therapeutic intervention, healing facilitation, and general wellness assistance including but not limited to using methodologies like ThetaHealing, An Ra Energy Healing, Voice Channeling and Guided Meditation. You understand that you have the right to modify or end your session, ask questions about any phase of your healing treatment, refuse specific exercises or interventions, and to withdraw your consent and terminate services at any time. You acknowledge that while Lauren Avriel will utilize her healing abilities, knowledge and training to assist you, no specific results, cures, or outcomes are guaranteed or promised regarding your healing treatment.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
You agree and acknowledge that you are fully informed of all risks and that meditation, energy healing and healing work is generally regarded as safe and will be conducted by Lauren Avriel with the utmost care, but any kind of healing work may sometimes result in unexpected shifts in energy, feeling, mood, emotions and can affect psychological, physical and mental health and you acknowledge that it is not possible to consider every complication. So by participating in sessions you agree to voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risks associated with treatment and waive any and all liability or legal claims against Lauren Avriel, legal name Lauren Auricchio, from any injury, illness, psychological distress, damages or effects that may arise from the session, energetically, physically, emotionally or on any other level. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Lauren Avriel, Vibe Artistry Entertainment, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any physical, mental, emotional or psychological injury, illness, or death that may occur as a direct or indirect result of your participation in these sessions. And in the event of any dispute, claim or allegation, you agree to attempt to first resolve the issue directly and privately with Lauren Avriel through good-faith discussions.

DISCLAIMER:
Furthermore you understand and acknowledge that Lauren Avriel is not a licensed medical doctor or psychologist of any kind and all services offered by Lauren Avriel and Vibe Artistry Entertainment are for entertainment, spiritual, and educational purposes only and are not to be interpreted as medical examination, diagnosis or to be used as a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment or professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other licensed professionals. You acknowledge that Lauren Avriel is not licensed or authorized to prescribe any medical protocol or treatment and you are encouraged to seek out and consult licensed doctors and healthcare professionals and do your own research before beginning any health remedy, supplements or protocol. You also acknowledge that these sessions do not replace emergency medical care, psychiatric hospitalization, or specialized medical treatment.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY (We Respect Your Privacy.)
We respect your privacy and strive to uphold a safe secure environment for all. Sessions are completely private and confidential - everything you share with Lauren Avriel, including your personal, medical, and psychological information will be kept in complete confidence between you and her, with the only exception being if Lauren Avriel has strong reason to believe you may harm yourself or another individual, or a child is at risk, or she is required by a court order to do so. De-identified clinical themes may be used for educational or training purposes, including publicly and online, but your specific identifiable private information will only be shared with your prior permission and written consent, if you give it upon request. Lauren Avriel adheres to professional standards to maintain your confidentiality, however you acknowledge that consultation inherently involves the transmission of sensitive information. You acknowledge and understand that while Lauren Avriel uses email and systems that are private to the best of her knowledge, no digital system is entirely immune to privacy breaches, third-party data breaches, cyberattacks, or technical failures, for which Lauren Avriel will not be held accountable.  

In mutual respect for confidentiality, you agree that when obtaining a recording of your session, it is for your own private confidential use and you will not publish, post, broadcast or share publicly any video or audio recording of Lauren Avriel without her explicit prior permission and written consent (including, but not limited to, sharing on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and all other forms of social media.) You also agree to hold in confidence any personal details shared with you by Lauren Avriel, proprietary session materials, or localized practices, maintaining the confidentiality of Lauren Avriel's private practice. You understand and agree that a breach of this mutual confidentiality by either side undermines the professional relationship and may result in the immediate termination of services.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
By signing up for a Private Session with Lauren Avriel, your time slot will be held for you and can be cancelled at no charge by giving more than 1 day advanced notice. If cancelled within the 24 hour window before the session you agree to pay a $65 fee for the cancelled session. If you do not show up for your session/give no notice at all, you agree to be charged and pay half price for the session. There are no refunds for services rendered.          

PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of Services rendered for your Session.  If payment is not received in full within a 24 hour grace period after your session was completed, additional late payment fees may apply.  *Prices and Availability Subject to Change. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. By engaging in services from Vibe Artistry Entertainment, all people are expected to be treated with dignity and respect.
